Hello, my name is Em.
I’m a white, queer trauma informed practitioner, tarot reader and musician.

Becoming your own lighthouse is a process. I commit to guiding you through it by creating a safe and brave container for you to explore more about yourself. So you can get to know your heart better in order to shine your light and feel confident about it. It will be an honour for me to walk alongside you on this journey back to yourself. If you feel stuck, unsure, drained, or if you’re just curious to learn and grow, I will be happy to be your accountability partner and use different techniques like spiritual guidance, Energy Work, breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, creative projects, voice activation, tarot and more, honouring the roots of all the medicines I’ve studied and always staying aware that most of them have been stolen by us, white settler folx.

If you are white, i’ll be happy to explore privileges with you so we can walk alongside each other to process how white supremacy has an impact on everything and how to take action in your life.

Working with energy and coaching tools are teaching me that, at the end of the day, everything is vibration and frequency.

My hope is that by working together you come to feel that for yourself and by opening your heart it will lead you to further trust, gratitude, love and compassion.
